"canna-server-bin" is dependent on "canna-lib" even now.
In your case, you need "canna-dict" package. "canna-server-bin" does
not depend on "canna-dict" because not everyone who installs
"canna-server-bin" wants to run the server. Sometimes you install
this package in order to use the client binaries such as lsdic, mkdic.

Please note that "canna-server-bin" includes not only the server
binary, but the binaries of client.

canna packages consist of the following four packages:
"canna", "canna-lib", "canna-dict" and "canna-server-bin"

I don't think "canna-server-bin" is a good name because as I've said
above it includes the client binaries. I suggested "canna-bin", which
is neutral about this way. It's in Uebayashi-san't todo list, iirc.
