Hi.

This is a net/samba which incorporates an I18N patch released by
MIRACLE LINUX.

Changes are:

* Internationalized test set is added.
* NetBIOS, work group name is now capable of multibyte.
* nmblib is also
* HEX encoding is added.
* Some other bug fixes around handling Japanese related encodings.

I'm sending this quickly (before testing) to avoid duplicate work.

I'll commit after I upgrade our local network from Samba 2.x and test
this, but this may not happen soon.  Feel free to test this and commit
into the repository.
