gallery/in-Action/mkact.pl

gallery/in-Action/ 以下ですが、
現在は、 *-{txt,img}.html が全部そろっていないと
index.html が生成できないようになっています。

で、 *-txt.html の翻訳がなかなかできないので、
index.html が古いままなのですが、
翻訳がないときは原文を使うようにしてしまっていいですか。

異義がなければ、そのように作業します。
