Documentation/kernel/index.list を xml に変換しました。

  の説明で例示されている NetBSD 1.5.2 が NetBSD 2.0 になった

- 同項目の CD-ROM の説明中、
  'source/sets/syssrc.tgz' が 'source/syssrc.tgz' になった。

- how_to_build_a_kernel (How to build a kernel)
  で、箇条書きで説明されているカーネル構築手順の、
   <p><li>"<b><tt>config &lt;MYCONF&gt;</tt></b>"<br>
        This will generate the kernel build directory for &lt;MYCONF&gt;.
  のような記述が
          "<code>config &lt;MYCONF&gt;</code>" will generate the
          kernel build directory for &lt;MYCONF&gt;. 
  のようになった。訳は
 <p><li>"<b><tt>config &lt;MYCONF&gt;</tt></b>"<br>
        &lt;MYCONF&gt; のカーネルをビルドするためのディレクトリーを
        生成します。
  のような記述を
          "<code>config &lt;MYCONF&gt;</code>" して、 &lt;MYCONF&gt;
          のカーネルをビルドするためのディレクトリーを生成します。
  のようにした。

- 同項目のコンパイルにかかる時間に関する説明中、
  very little time が some time になった。
  訳はとても短い時間を短い時間にした。

  で、

  になった。

- 同項目の

  で、
    Plug something in and <b><tt>continue</tt></b>
  が
    Plug something in and type <code>continue</code>
  になった (type を追加)。訳は
    デバイスを挿入して <code>continue</code> と入力する。
  のままで変更なし。

- ubc (What is UBC?)
  で、 config が config(8) になった。
