<webpage id> 修正等への追従

以下のページの更新をしました。ツッコミをお願いします。

Documentation/kernel/profiling/index.xml: 1.2 -> 1.3
Documentation/network/gprs.xml: 1.2 -> 1.4
developers/cvs-repos/index.xml: 1.2 -> 1.3

火曜日までに異議がなければ、 commit します。

訳と原文それぞれの新旧の差分は、

に置いてあります。

原文の変更点は、 <webpage id> の修正と、
訳に影響しない本文の修正 (改行位置と、 s/internet/Internet/ ) のみです。
