月曜日までに異議がなければ、 commit します。

以下の点が変わっています。

- upstream (Connecting to IPv6 upstream) の gifconfig に関する記述と、
  userland (Userland applications) で列挙されているものの一部が
  コメントアウトされた。

- 各項目の See also の一部 (本文中で触れられているコマンドのマニュアルページへのリンク)
  が削除された

- setup_router (Setting up an IPv6 router) で、
  /etc/ifconfig.<em>{IF}</em>, rc.conf(5)
  が
  /etc/ifconfig.<varname>{IF}</varname> (&man.rc.conf.5;)
  に変更された。

- 同項目で
  /etc/rtadvd.conf(5)
  が
  <filename>/etc/rtadvd.conf</filename> (&man.rtadvd.conf.5;)
  に変更された。

- naming_a_node (Naming a New Node on the Network) で、
  /etc/hosts(5)
  が
  <filename>/etc/hosts</filename> (&man.hosts.5;)
  に変更された。

- 同項目で
  /etc/hosts: hosts(5)
  が
  <filename>/etc/hosts</filename> (&man.hosts.5;):
  に変更された。

- twists (Twists) で、
  X(1)
  が
  &man.X.7;
  に変更された。

- maintenance (Maintenance) で、
  systat(8)
  が
  &man.systat.1;
  に変更された。
