以下のページの更新をしました。ツッコミをお願いします。

People/core.xml: 1.7 -> 1.8

木曜日までに異議がなければ、 commit します。

内容の変更とともに字下げの調節がおこなわれたため、
diff をとるとアレなことになりますが、
  NetBSD Core Group Bios
  Bios for past members of the NetBSD Core Group
という見出しが追加されたのみです。

訳はそれぞれ
  NetBSD コアグループ列伝
  元 NetBSD コアグループ列伝
としました。

訳と原文それぞれの新旧の差分は
