以下のページの更新をしました。

NetBSD 3.0 リリースのニュースが追加されただけです。
# ページ右側のリンクも更新しなきゃいかんですね

追加された内容は Ports/sun2/index.html などと同じものなので、
同じ訳文を追加して、すぐに commit します。
