さきほど原文が更新され 1.24 になりました。

とゆーことで 1.23 はまずそうなので
1.24 に追従して commit します。

変更点は
- 冒頭の link 要素 (mailto: も) がコメントアウトされた
- style 要素が復活した (1.21 とは少し違う)
- 例示されている wget の引数が変更された
です。
