* Add jquery-1.7.1.min.js (mit OR gnu-gpl-v2) for event inclusion.
* In index.html, http://www.facebook.com/NetBSD/events/ are included.

Tested on Internet Explorer 6, 8, 9(thanks tnozaki@), Opera 11.60,
Google Chrome 16.0.912.63, and Firefox 8.0 (all for Microsoft Windows).
And Firefox 8.0 on NetBSD/i386 5.99.58.

XXX I cannot understand facebooks's access token, if it expires,
XXX events are not displayed. I will regenerate access token,
